Many of us believe we are making conscious choices. Yet again and again, we find ourselves reacting in ways we never intended, or feeling pulled away from the life we truly want.Ā
Often, it is not the mature adult within us who is leading, but younger parts of ourselves. Those parts are still carrying unmet needs, old beliefs, and survival strategies.
The Seven Requests
On this free Open Day, Idan will introduce you to the Seven Requests, the core needs every child brings into the world and the foundation of the Dancing With The Master journey.
Through movement and conscious dance, you will begin to recognise the younger parts that have been leading your life, and awaken the Master within you who can lovingly guide them.

For more than two decades, Idan has been exploring the connection between movement, body, and transformation. His work brings together conscious dance and embodiment practices to support self-discovery and healing.
His approach nurtures physical and emotional intelligence, creating a safe and inspiring space to reconnect with your creativity and authentic self.
Idan is based in Vienna, a father of three, and the creator of Dancing With The Master.
